"Pepperz" takes the listener to the buzzing streets of Tokyo, where we can imagine our character discovering a spicy ramen restaurant during a lunch break.
The melody is exciting and very cheerful, and reflects the anticipation of tasting this spicy dish. The chorus is fiery and with an explosion of musical flavors that match the tasting of the ramen.
"With this track, I wanted to offer a sound image of some Japanese culinary flavors and textures, while I was reading the manga "The Lone Gourmet" by Jiro Tanigushi & Masayuki Qusumi."
